This bi-level, south facing townhome is bright and sunny with wonderful tree top views. The cedar lined walls and cathedral ceiling offer a spacious cabin setting. There is laminate flooring throughout except tile in the entryway and the bathrooms. With only 1 common wall, this townhome is private and extremely quiet. 2 full baths downstairs and 1 full bath upstairs allow guests not to wait in line for showers. All bedrooms are located on the entrance level. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunkbed with the lower bunk being a double size bed. The room also has an additional twin bed. Ceiling fans in the living room and all the bedrooms make a summer stay quite enjoyable. A full kitchen and open living area will make meals and evenings a great place to reminisce about the day's activities. You can enjoy a large smart TV and wifi. Other amenities include a year-round Jacuzzi and Sauna, especially nice for relaxing those weary muscles after a hard day on the slopes For summer activities you'll appreciate the community BBQ, Pool and tennis/pickle ball court right on the premises.
